1931 Ford Model A Town Sedan 160B Press Photo. Pictured is the 20 Millionth Car to roll of the Ford production line April 14, 1931. It toured the United States visiting Ford Dealerships as well as other venues. Here it is pictured at the Hurd Brothers Ford Dealership in Rio, WI. There was an old note (Not included - evidently from son) that stated the guy outside the car shaking hands was Dad and the other guy shaking hands inside the car was his Uncle, thus being the Hurd Brothers of the Hurd Bros Ford Dealership.
Ford used the car for promotional tours and display until being sold by the Henry Ford Museum to the Liimatainen family in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for $550 in 1940. It was restored and reintroduced to the public at the 30th annual Old Car Show and Swap Meet in Iola, WI, July 12, 2002 and used by Ford for marketing during its 100th Anniversary in 2003.
Reproduction photo printed on high quality, high gloss, acid free base stock photographic paper. Paper size is 8" x 10". Original photo may have had borders, etc, and thus the image itself may be smaller than paper size. Great reproduction.
