Condition: Some definite soiling and age here. Cover has split at spine. There are some stains in the front where one can tell that it has been exposed to some moisture (has some musty/mildew smell). Most of the soiling on pages is limited to the outer portion of the page (where someone would be flipping the pages), thus not interfering with the content. Pages have some yellowing.
