This exciting new addition to the Vauxhall range has has a vivid personality all its own. Powered by a high-compression, twin-carburettor version of the Victor engine, it offers vivacious performance. Designed for the faster than average driver, the VX 4/90 has special front and rear suspension, 14 inch wheels (with 5.60 tyres) and front disc brakes. 4-speed all-synchromesh gearbox (with short, central gear-shift lever) and 8-inch diameter clutch are standard equipment.
A pull-up handbrake lever is mounted between the 'bucket type' front seats.
