1964 Studebaker Avanti Press Photo and Press Release.

The trio of Paula Murphy, Barbara Nieland and Bill Carroll drove a Studebaker Avanti from Los Angeles to New York as part of the Sears Tire Test while attempting a new trans-continental record.

Barbara and Paula previously combined their driving talents to run a 1963 Studebaker Commander Six 1,000 miles averaging over 100mph. Go to the home page then scroll down under where it says "Search By Make" (if on mobile and you don't see, you might flip your phone sideways) and then select Photos (links are alphabetical, but left to right for each row) - then select Studebaker, look through those and you'll find a photo of the Commander Six and more with Paula as well as other Studebaker photos.

Reproduction photo printed on high quality, high gloss, acid free base stock photographic paper. Paper size is 8" x 10". Original scanned photo paper was 8" x 10" as well. Original photo may have borders, etc, and thus the image itself may be smaller than paper size. Great reproduction of an original image. A memorabilia piece suitable for framing/displaying.

An image of the press release accompanying the original photo will be included.  It will be printed separately on plain paper.
