GMC's Steel Tilt Tandems are more versatile than ever, thanks to two more powerful V-8 engines for 1966. You can choose either gasoline or diesel design in a big 637 cubic-inch size. The gasoline V-8 is rated at 275 horsepower-the maximum diesel output is 220 horsepower. New transmissions and proven, hydraulically actuated clutches are available to let these engines operate at peak efficiency under changing road and load conditions.
