Effective January 1, 1968, all editions of the SCCA General Competion Rules were superseded by this copy. Of course, there have been many editions since. The club reserved the right to revise the Rules, to issue supplements to them at any time, and to promulgate special rules in emergency, but revisions were normally made only once a year.

Condition: Has a bit of an old musty smell. Cover shows blemishes/age spots.
