Designed by Ghia Studios of Turin, Italy, the Lucano was a two-seat sports model based on the European Ford Escort. It was on display at the New York and Los Angeles Auto Shows. The Lucano was named after a town in Italy, and could be powered by a range of engines from 1.1 to 2.0 liters with either a manual or automatic transmission.
