It is in good condition and was put together to be an easily accessed source of information for the salesmen to use when helping a customer place an order, answering any question, or just promoting the line. Included are the new features and benefits, wheel treatments, model availability, and more for the Le Baron, Imperial, New Yorker, and Town & Country. The tabs "Grand Touring Sedan, and Le Baron Sedan" Are empty, either the dealership did not add those when they came in, or they just were not ever mailed out, either one was a common occurrence.
